Our Private Wealth Management Service (PWM) main objective is to provide you peace of mind through a trusted source of professional counsel and an effective management of your wealth.

Based on our expertise and capabilities we will provide professional assistance designed to manage multiple financial institutions, investments portfolios and assets. Specifically oriented to high-net worth individuals and families who need the coordination, specialization, and counsel of a trusted team of professionals.

RELATIONSHIP SIZE

Our PWM Service generally requires a minimum account size of $2,000,000 of Assets Under Management (AUMs). This can include multiple accounts within multiple custodians. This relationship size minimum may be waived at the discretion of the Firm.

OUR FEES

The annual investment management fee is based on a percentage of the assets under management according to your signed agreement. Mellig Group compensation is fee-based only, meaning that, we do not sell products or receive any compensation from any other source except from you.

CUSTODY & BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS

Our PWM Service is capable to work with any financial institution or custodian at your discretion. For your tranquility, Mellig Group has no custody of any of its clients' assets. In these cases, we will act under a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) -which give us the capacity to trade on your behalf and request information of your accounts- limiting the capability to move cash or assets outside the account without your permission, so you can rest assured your wealth is protected and your financial relationships will be kept on the best terms. Also, we encourage our clients to open a new brokerage account and work with our preferred broker/dealers & custodians, it will permit us to deliver the best overall experience for our clients.

WHY A FIDUCIARY FINANCIAL ADVISOR 

A Fiduciary Financial Advisor (FFA) is equivalent to a nutritionist (i.e., an expert that recommend on matters of food and its impact on your health) but in relation to the financial world. Based on your specific needs, risk appetite, and expectations, a FFA's role is to recommend solutions available to ensure your financial wellness. Mellig Group is an independent Registered Financial Advisor, regulated and supervised in the states of Florida and Texas. As your advisor we are required by law to act as a fiduciary, this means, always acting on your best interest before ours. We will make sure that whatever you have is the best.
